Chelsea Lambert, LIMHP, LPC, PLADC
I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Provisionally Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Since 2017, I have worked in a variety of settings including, inpatient, outpatient, in-home, and doing mental health assessments in a homeless shelter. Prior to becoming a mental health therapist, I have 10 years of experience working with people who have developmental disorders.
My primary focus within therapy is meeting individual specific goals, and working on how to improve the future by focusing things within our control. I use a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
